近年来社会资本成为除物质资本和人力资本之外的第三大资本,被广泛应用于社会学和经济学领域。尽管中外学者从社会资本的内涵、功能等不同方面进行了大量的研究,但因社会资本同时具有社会性和资本性的二重特征,理论界在社会资本内涵、功能、度量等方面依然未能达成共识。通过对现有社会资本研究进行梳理,本文从社会网络、社会信任、社会声望和社会参与等方面界定了社会资本的内涵,探讨了社会资本的分类、功能及度量方法,并提出社会资本有待深入研究的几个趋向。

英文摘要：

In recent years,social capital becomes the third capital besides material capital and labor capital and is widely applied in the field of sociology and economics.Although Chinese and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the connotation and function of social capital,but because the social capital has both social and capital dual characteristics,connotation,function,measurement of social capital,still failed to reach a consensus.Based on combing of the existing social capital research,this article defines the connotation of social capital from the aspects of social network,social trust,social prestige and social participation,discusses its classification,function and measurement methods of social capital,and puts forward several trends that the social capital should be deeply studied.
