新疆地区食管癌放疗前后神经内分泌免疫改变与中维医的相关研究

食管癌是临床常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,而新疆地区是我国食管癌高发的民族地区。食管癌的中西医结合治疗已成为临床不可或缺的手段。已有研究证明恶性肿瘤的发生、发展与神经免疫内分泌(NEI)网络失调具有一定的相关性。传统医药在食管癌治疗中的辩证分型及与神经免疫内分泌(NEI)网络的相关性研究是近年的研究课题之一。本研究着重于探讨宏观的中医、维医辨证分型与微观的神经免疫内分泌(NEI)网络中各指标的关系,为进一步开展食管癌的中西医结合治疗奠定理论基础。

英文摘要:

Objective To investigate the relationship type,T-lymphocyte subsets and natural killer (NK) py. Methods Before and after radiotherapy, 120 classification of TCM syndromes, and measured by among Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome cell of esophageal cancer patients after radiation thera esophageal carcinoma patients were carried out in the flow cytometer of peripheral blood T lymphocyte sub sets and NK cell ratio, which surface markers were CD3~-, CD4+, CD8+, CD3-CD56+. Results TCM syndrome constitutes was significant different before and after radiation therapy (P =0. 000). In Qi and yang With deficiency syndrome group, CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8+ were lower than the other syndromes group. the normal control group comparison, before radiotherapy,CD3+ , CD3-CD56+ were significantly reduced and CD8+ were significantly increased; after radiotherapy, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, CD3 CD56-]- were significantly lower, C'D8+ was significantly increased. Before and after radiation therapy, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ expression were significant differences.
