目的探讨食管癌患者在放射治疗前后去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)的改变,以及其与临床资料的相关性。方法 60例经病理明确诊断的食管癌患者,在放射治疗的前后分别抽取其外周静脉血,用高效液相-荧光检测分析法分析患者外周血中NE、DA及5-HT的含量。结果 (1)食管癌患者放疗前低分化组NE明显低于中、高分化组。放疗后中分化组的NE显著降低,但低分化组显著升高,放疗后低分化组的NE明显高于中分化组。(2)放疗后5-HT显著升高,其中女性5-HT升高显著,〉62岁5-HT升高显著。结论高效液相色谱法检测的单胺类神经递质NE、DA、5-HT,结合临床特点分析,说明食管癌患者放疗前后神经递质的改变与食管癌患者的性别、年龄、分化程度等有关。
Objective To investigate changes of norepinephrine (NE), dopamine (DA) and 5 hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) in the esophageal cancer patients after radiation therapy and their correlation with clinical data. Methods Sixty patients with pathologically diagnosed esophageal cancer patients before and after radiation therapy, whose external peripheral blood was extracted and the NE, DA and 5-HT content were detected using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)-fluorescence detection analysis method. Results (1) Before radiotherapy,the level of NE in patients with poorly differentiated esophageal cancer was significantly less than the well-differentiated group. NE was significant reduced in middle dif ferentiated group after radiation therapy; NE was significant higher after radiotherapy in poor-differentia ted group, after radiotherapy, the level of NE in poorly differentiated group was significantly greater than the well-differentiated group. (2) After radiotherapy, 5-HT was significantly increased; especially in women, greater and over the age of 62 years. Conclusion High-performance liquid chromatography of monoamine neurotransmitters NE, DA, 5-HT, clinical characteristics analysis shows that patients with e sophageal cancer before and after radiotherapy changes in neurotransmitter were raleted with esophageal cancer patients' sex, age, degree of differentiation and so on.
