在长期的使用过程中动态测量系统的测量精度不可避免会逐渐降低,将直接影响测量结果的精度和可靠性,掌握动态测量系统的精度损失规律,可以采取有效的措施来提高测量精度。该文介绍了一套动态测量精度损失实验系统,可实现对动态测量系统在长期使用过程中的精度损失规律的研究。实验结果表明用该实验系统研究动态测量系统的精度损失规律是可行的,可以为提高动态测量系统的测量精度提供理论依据。
In the long using process, the precision of the dynamic measurement system will drop away inevitably, so the measuring precision will decline gradually, which directly influences the precision and dependability of the measuring resultant. Mastering the regularity of precision losing of the dynamic measuring system can help to improve the measuring precision by taking effective measures. In this paper, an experimental system of precision loss in dynamic measuring is introduced, which can be used to study the regularity of precision loss in dynamic measuring in the long using process. An experiment is made on a 0-10 mm meter. The difference value between the output of the raster measure system and the reading of the meter reflects the precision loss of the meter in the long using process. Experimental results show that the presented experimental system is feasible, and the obtained results can provide a theoretic basis for improving the measuring precision of the dynamic measuring system.
