硅烯是一种硅原子呈蜂窝状排列的二维纳米材料。主要介绍了硅烯分别在Ag(111)衬底、Ir(111)衬底和ZrB2衬底表面生长的机理和研究成果,并讨论了在不同衬底上制备硅烯的异同。同时还简要地说明了关于硅烯理论预测的一些性质和应用,如在外部垂直电场下,硅烯的可调带隙;在磁光响应下,硅烯的谷自旋偏振等,这些性质和应用说明了硅烯可被广泛应用于未来的纳米电子器件。最后,对硅烯未来的研究、发展方向和应用前景做了展望,认为硅烯的工艺制备方面有待进一步拓展,硅烯也有着更好的应用前景。
Silicene is a two-dimensional nanomaterial with Si atoms arranged in a honeycomb lattice.The growth mechanism and research achievement of silicene on the surfaces of Ag(111),Ir(111)and ZrB2 substrates are introduced,and the similarity and difference of the prepared silicene on different substrates are discussed.At the same time,some of the properties and applications of theoretical predictions for silicone are briefly explained,such as the tunable band gap of silicene in an external vertical electric field and the valley-spin polarization of silicene in the magneto-optical response.All these properties and applications show that silicene can be widely used in future nanoelectronic devices.Finally,the research,development direction and application of the silicene are prospected in the future.The process preparation of the silicene needs to be improved and expanded,and silicene has a better future in the aspect of application.
