木纤维、竹纤维等植物短纤维由于长度短,力学性能难以测量。本文详细介绍了一种最新开发的用于木纤维、竹纤维等植物短纤维力学性能测试设备的结构、性能、技术优势,并使用该设备对毛竹纤维、杉木管胞纵向力学性能进行了初步测试。测试结果与已有研究得到的数据吻合得较好。该设备成功地解决了植物短纤维力学性能测试中纤维夹持、纤维取向调节这2个技术难题。
This study presents a new micro tensile tester for the mechanical measurement of short plant fibers,e.g.,wood and bamboo fibers,which are usually difficult in tensile testing because of their short fiber lengths.Design,operation and performance of this micro tensile tester are introduced in detail.The longitudinal mechanical properties of bamboo fibers and Chinese fir tracheids were measured by our equipment.The results agree well with other published data.More importantly,frequent problems,such as fiber gripping and fiber orientation adjustment,were successfully solved in our testing system.
