目的调查潍坊市社区老年高血压患者生命质量以及对社区卫生服务的护理需求。方法于2015年9—10月在潍坊市某些社区采用分层随机抽样方法,随机抽取符合要求的≥60岁的老年人共1 208人进行问卷调查。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ^2检验,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果潍坊市社区老年人共调查1 208人,高血压患者481人。欧洲五维健康量表（Euro Qol five dimensions questionnaire,EQ-5D）生命质量量表维度下的焦虑或抑郁和EQ-5D得分对健康促进的护理需求对比差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,生命质量各个维度对疾病护理和总体的护理需求对比差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论 EQ-5D生命质量量表各个维度下的＂没有问题＂和＂有问题＂老年高血压患者对社区护理需求存在差异,应全面完善针对老年高血压患者的社区护理项目,以提高患病老年人的生命质量。

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension in the community of Weifang and the needs of community health services.Method A stratified random sampling method was adopted in some communities of Weifang city from September to October 2015.A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1 208 elderly people aged 60 years.The quality of life scale Euro Qol five dimensions questionnaire（EQ-5D） in elderly patients with hypertension was investigated.Result Weifang community 1 208 elderly people, 481 people with high blood pressure.The anxiety and depression and EQ-5D scores in the EQ-5D quality of life scale were statistically significant（all P〈0.05） for health promotion.The quality of life in all dimensions of disease care and the overall need for care are statistically significant（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion EQ-5D quality of life in all dimensions of the ‘no problem＇ and ‘problems＇ in elderly patients with high blood pressure on the needs of community care needs,The community care project of the elderly patients with the blood pressure should be fully perfected,in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly.
