目的了解山东省老年人生活满意度及其影响因素。方法采用随机抽样的调查方法从17个市共抽取2013名老年人进行问卷调查和相关体格检查。了解老年人生活满意度状况,并对其影响因素进行单因素分析和多因素logistic回归分析。结果在调查的2013名老年人中对生活感到满意的占69.6%;生活满意度受多种因素的影响,多因素logistic回归结果显示,文化程度、婚姻状况、慢性病、生活自理能力、经济状况、医疗保险、社会支持为老年人生活满意度的主要影响因素。结论改善老年人的物质生活与精神生活,加快完善老年人的社会保障制度,加强老年人社会支持体系的建立是提高老年人生活满意度的根本措施。

英文摘要：

Objective To study life satisfaction and the influencing factors in elderly population in Shandong. Methods2013 old age residents randomly sampled in 17 cities w ere under investigation by using questionnarie and other related examinations. Data w ere dealt w ith non-conditional logistic regression analysis by SPSS19. 0 statistic soft-w are to study life satisfaction and the influencing factors. Results The life satisfaction of elderly population w ere accounted for 69. 6%. The results of the multiple variables logistic regression analysis indicated that cultural degree,marital status,chronic diseases,living self-care ability,economic income,medical insurance,social support w ere important determinants of life satisfaction. Conclusion To improve matter and spirit life of old people,to improve the social security system of old people,to strengthen the establishment of the elderly social support system are fundamental measures to enhance life satisfaction of elderly population.
