目的探讨潍坊市城市社区老年人护理需求以及影响因素,为协助社区卫生服务中心制定更加完善的社区卫生服务计划提供科学依据。方法自行设计调查问卷,通过专家咨询法完善老年人护理服务调查方案和调查表,采用分层随机抽样方法,于2015年8—10月期间对山东省潍坊市城市社区1 208名符合要求的老年人进行问卷调查,应用SPSS21.0统计软件进行描述性分析,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果老年人对社区健康促进护理需求前5位的是建立健康档案占79.2%、热线电话健康咨询占72.3%、健康知识宣教占64.1%、合理运动锻炼指导占56.0%、营养饮食指导占55.6%,职业、就医距离、患慢性病情况和对社区卫生服务的知晓度等因素对健康促进护理需求有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论应重视老年人的健康促进社区护理需求,加大社区卫生服务的宣传力度,开展老年人社区护理服务项目,满足老年人护理需求,提高老年人的生活质量。

英文摘要：

Objective To discuss community nursing demand of health promotion and its influencing factors among elderly people in Weifang city and to provide scientific basis for community health service developingmore comprehensive community health service programs.Methods A Self-designed questionnaire improved by expert consultation and questionnaire was used to investigate 1 208 elderly people in communities of Weifang, selected using stratified random sampling in Aug-Oct, 2015.The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS21.O, if P〈0.05, difference had statistical sense.Results The top 5community nursing demands of health promotion of elderly people are establishing health records （79.2%）, health advice hotline （72.3%）, health knowledge missionary （64.1%）, reasonable exercise guidance （56.0%）, and nutritional dietary guidance （55.6%）. Occupation, distance medical treatment, suffering from chronic conditions, knowledge about community health services and nursing demand of health promotion had statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion We should pay more attention to the community nursing demand of health promotion among elderly people, strengthen the people awareness of community health services, satisfy the nursing demands of the elderly, and improve the quality of life of elderly people.
