随着我国经济的快速发展，如何提高地区经济发展的效益和质量已成为经济研究的重要议题。本文首先在选取评价指标的基础上，应用广义DEA理论建立用于评价地区经济效益的计量模型；其次，应用该模型对天津1996--2013年经济效益的状况进行实证分析，并与其他直辖市进行对比，进而提出相应的改进建议。
英文摘要：
With the rapid development of the Chinese economy, how to improve the benefit and quality of regional economic development has become an important issue in the study of economics. The paper selects the evaluation index and uses generalized DEA to establish the econometric model of evaluating regional economic benefit. Then it makes an empirical study of Tianjin＇s economic benefit from 1996 to 2013 with the model, compares Tianjin＇s economic benefit with that of other municipalities and puts forward some suggestions.
