针对城市电网规划中上下级协同负荷预测问题,在计算机支持的协同工作(CSCW)理论框架下,基于B/S模式开发了负荷预测管理系统。系统内置了可视化流程定制工具,构建了多级部门协同负荷预测工作流模型,实现了数据流转、汇总平衡、存储、发布等功能;系统中嵌入了基于最大信息熵原理的协同负荷预测方法,利用CSCW技术.实现了上下级电网协同负荷预测。此外,基于电网规划CIM接口,首次实现了负荷预测管理系统与电网规划辅助决策系统的无缝结合,形成了覆盖负荷预测全业务流程、支持多部门协同负荷预测的信息平台。实际应用表明,该平台能够加强上下级电网有效沟通,优化负荷预测业务流程,规范相关数据的收集和分发,显著提高负荷预测效率。

英文摘要:

For solving the synergetic load forecasting problem between superior and subordinate network in the process of city network planning, a B/S based city power network load forecasting management system was developed with the theoretical framework of the computer supported cooperative work (CSCW). A load forecasting workflow model, which is fit for several departments, was set up based on the built-in visualization workflow customizing tool of the system. Synchronously, the system implements several functions such as data flowing, summarization and balance, storage, release and so on. With a method for synergetic load forecasting based on maximum entropy principle, the system realizes synergetic load forecasting between superior and subordinate. In addition, the seamless integration between management system and the decision-making support system was realized based on the planning CIM interface and a synergetic load forecasting information platform was formed, which covers all the load forecasting business. Practical application shows that the platform can strengthen communication between superior and subordinate, optimize load forecasting business, normalize data collection and distribution and improve the efficiency of load forecasting remarkably.
