能量管理的研究已成为分布式能源系统研究领域的关键环节之一,采用集中分层控制的思想,初步开发了微网能量管理系统(MG—EMS)。所设计的微网实验室结构可以根据实验需要自由改变,针对微网并网及孤岛运行、储能单元作用的研究等情况,提出了4种典型的MG-EMS硬件结构。遵守IEC61970等国际标准.利用公共对象请求代理体系结构(CORBA)、图模库一体化(IGML)、ActiveX等技术,设计并初步开发了MG—EMS的软件支撑平台.主要包括分布式网络通信层、数据库层和公共服务层等。考虑了微网特有的特点.提出了MG-EMS高级应用软件开发方法,并已完成部分高级应用软件的开发工作。在微网子系统的正常运行中.支撑平台和部分高级应用软件的正确性得到了验证。
Energy management is one of the key spots in the research of distributed energy system. Based on the idea of centralized hierarchical control,the preliminary MG- EMS (MicroGrid Energy Management System) is presented. The structure of designed MG laboratory can be freely changed according to the experimental needs,and four kinds of typical MG-EMS hardware structure are proposed for the study of the operations of interconnected and islanded MGs,the role of energy storage units,and so on. Complied with the international standards, such as IEC61970,a software supporting platform of MG-EMS is designed and developed with the advanced technologies,such as CORBA,IGML and ActiveX. It includes mainly the distributed network communication layer,database layer and public services layer. With the consideration of MG's characteristics,the methodology of MG-EMS advanced application software development is presented. Part of MG- EMS advanced application software has been developed. The correctness of the supporting platform and application software are verified by the normal operation of MG subsystems.
