以陕西师范大学校园WebGIS系统为例，分析了结构模型、开发思路以及功能设计，完成了设计开发和系统集成。从系统的整体性能（安全性、协同性、数据一致性、运行效率、分布式等等）来看，该系统已达到了预期目标，在一定的程度上优化了陕西师范大学校园管理模式，提高了工作效率，实现了资源与信息的共享。
英文摘要：
Based on the computer, network and modern communication technologies, taken WebGIS system of Shanxi Normal University as example, through analysis of the structure model, the thought of exploitation and the functional design, this paper made a certain research and developed application system of compus WebGIS successfully. In terms of the system overall functions （security, cooperativity, data uniformity, operation efficiency, distribution and so on）, this system has reached the anticipated goal. To a certain extent, it optimized the management pattern of Shanxi Normal University, increased the work efficiency and realized the resources and information sharing.
