随着互联网的普及和移动互联技术的发展，传统的舆论生态被改变，以微博舆论生态为代表的网络舆论生态成为信息时代舆论生态的主流。信息生态学借鉴了生态学的理论和方法，从研究信息主体与信息环境的相互关系人手，为信息管理提供了全新的方法论。本文在信息生态学方法论思想的基础上，构建了微博舆论生态系统，试图通过环境因子、主体因子和信息因子之间的关系研究把握其内在机理与演化规律，从而为网络舆论生态治理提供理论依据与政策支持。

With the popularity of the Internet and the development of mobile Internet technology, the traditional public opinion ecology has been changed ; network public opinion ecology represented by microblog public opinion ecology has become the mainstream of public opinion ecology in the information age. Referring to the theory and method of ecology, information ecology from the ：study of relationship between information subject and the environment, provides a new methodology for information raanagement. Based on the methodology of information ecology, this paper builds the microblogging opinion ecosystem, and tries to grasp its intrinsic mechanism and evolution regulation through the relationship research between environment factor, subject factor and information factor, so as to provide theoretical basis and policy support for network public opinion ecological governance.
