旨在探讨创业团队的内部和外部社会网络对团队创新的互动机制。首先运用典型案例分析法,探索创业团队内部、外部社会网络对团队创新的互动影响机制,以提出相应命题;然后通过大样本问卷调研来对所提假设命题进行检验。研究表明,外部社会网络中的外部联系和外部中心性对创业团队的创新绩效产生积极的影响。在此基础上,验证了创业团队内、外社会网络对创新的交互效应,即内部联系对外部联系与团队创新、外部中心性与团队创新之间的关系具有正向的调节作用。
This article aimed to explore the interaction mechanism of entrepreneurial teams' internal and external social network on team innovation. In this study, first of all, a typical case analysis was used to explore the intera ctive mechanism of internal and extemal social networks effect on the team innovation within entrepreneurial teams and propose some related propositions; then proposed propositions were to be tested by a large sample sur- vey questionnaire. The findings suggest that extemal ties and external centrality will generate positive influence upon entrepreneurial teams' innovation performance. On this basis, the study verified the interactive effects of intemal and extemal social networks within entrepreneurial teams on innovation, namely, the internal social network plays a positive morderating role in the relationship between external ties and team innovation as well as the relation- ship between external centrality and team innovation.
