对智能电网控制中心技术进行了分析和展望。分析了电力系统中电力流、信息流、资金流的变化规律和相互之间的制约关系。通过对信息流的调控,改善电力流和资金流,实现智能电网。以信息流为基础,从信息分层、上下层信息互动、不同时间尺度信息之间的协调几个方面研究了智能电网调度控制系统构架。从空间、时间、控制目标等3维协调、发展,以及基于相量测量单元的动态管理系统、系统级的闭环控制等方面探讨智能电网控制中心应用软件可能发生的变革,并对如何适应特高压电网的智能电网控制中心技术进行了讨论。
Control center technologies for smart grid are surveyed. Flowing rule of power flow, information flow and capital flow and mutual influence between both of them are analyzed. It is pointed out that a best way to implement smart grid is to adjust and control information flow wisely so as to improve the way of power flow and capital flow. Based on the information flow, frame structure of dispatch and control system for smart grid is investigated from aspects of the information hierarchy, the information mutual interation between hierarchies and the coordination between informations with different time scales. The future changes and innovations of application softwares in smart grid control centers are prospected from aspects of the system design with R-dimensional (spacial, temporal and objective) coordination, phasor measurement unit (PMU) based transient management system(TMS) in control center and system-level close loop control, etc. Discussions on the control center technologies for smart grid adaptable to ultra high voltage(UHV) transmissions are also given.
