目的:测定复发性流产(RSA)患者绒毛中TNF—α、IL-6水平,探讨TNF-α和IL-6与复发性流产发生的关系。方法:采用实时荧光定量逆转录多聚酶链式反应(RQRT—PCR)方法测定62例复发性流产患者、50例正常早孕妇女绒毛组织中TNF-α、IL-6的表达水平。结果:与正常早孕妇女相比,复发性流产患者绒毛组织中TNF—α水平明显增高(P〈0.01),IL-6水平明显降低(P〈0.01),且两者水平呈负相关性(r=-0.433,P〈0.05)。复发性流产患者绒毛组织中TNF-α水平,IL-6水平、流产次数与正常早孕妇女比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论:TNF—α和IL-6可能参与了复发性流产的发病过程。
Objective: To explore the levels of tumor necrosis factor -α( TNF - α) and interleukin - 6 ( IL - 6) in villi of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) , explore the relationship between TNF - α, IL - 6 and RSA. Methods: Real - time fluorescent quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction ( RQ RT - PCR) was used to detect the expression levels of TNF - α and IL- 6 iti vill6us tissues of 62 patients wi(h RSA and 50 normal women of early pregnancy. Results: Compared with normal women of early pregnancy, the level of TNF - ct in villous tissue of RSA patients increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ), the level of IL - 6 decreased signifi- cantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ), and there was a negative correlation between TNF - α expression level and IL - 6 expression level ( Y = - 0. 433, P 〈 0. 05 ) . There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TNF - α and IL - 6, the times of abortion between RSA patients and normal women of early pregnancy ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion: TNF - α and IL - 6 may be involved in the pathogenesis of RSA.
