目的科学地评价铜川市的可持续发展水平,为其今后的发展提供依据。方法通过收集铜川市近10年的经济发展、资源能源消耗和环境污染3方面指标的数据,进行标准化等处理,之后通过软件勾画三角图表,在图上分析坐标点的变化趋势。结果铜川市总体正从以前的弱可持续性发展水平逐渐走向一般可持续发展水平。最初的1998—2001年呈现动荡发展的趋势,波动性较大;从2002年以后逐渐稳定,慢慢走向一般可持续发展趋势,生态效应逐年提高。其与近年铜川市政府下大力气加大基础设施的投资和增强环境保护的力度有着密切的关系。结论铜川市在过去的发展中对环境保护不够重视,先污染后治理,资源能源的浪费也比较严重。

英文摘要：

Aim Tvaluate sustainable development status of Tongchuan City,which is to benefit Tongchuan′s future development.Methods Collect three categories of index data,that is the economic development,resource energy consumption and environmental pollution in recent ten years are collected,processed by standardization,then a triangle model graph is drawn.By analyzing data and variation trend of coordinate points.Results It shows that the integrated sustainable development in Tongchuan City revealed a weak sustainable trend during 1998—2001,a common sustainable trend during 2002—2007,and that ecological effect has been improved every year.Conclusion Tongchuan′s took lrttle importance in environmental protection cag,in it and make serious waste.
