借鉴了国内外电子政务采纳领域研究成果,结合服务质量理论(SERVQUAL),进行ECT模型的适度扩展,注重区分电子政务"公共服务效能"和"网络系统支持"的两个维度,分析电子政务采纳过程要素的内在逻辑关系,提出并验证了基于全过程的电子政务公众采纳模型。本研究不仅可以丰富和发展IT采纳理论、ECT模型,而且拓宽SERVQUAL理论的应用范围,为今后致力于该议题的研究提供了理论依据和实践指导。
This article refers the domestic and abroad related research on the field of e-government adoption, combines with service quality theory ( SERVQUAL ), and expands ECT model moderately. In this paper,we divide service performance and system performance into two aspects to analyze the relationships between expectations, perceptions, confirmation, Satisfaction, using intention of e- government website and government image. Based on ECT model, we propose e-government adoption model for public, and apply standard empirical research to test the proposed model. Our research meets the needs of development practice of e-government in China,and explores the factors of e -government adoption for pubic. Therefore, we can say,this study not only enriches and develops IT adoption theory,ECT model, but also broadens the application scope of SERVQUAL theory, and provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for future research.
