英文摘要：

Based on panel data of 31 provinces from 2005 -2009 in China, building regression model , and empirically analyzing the impact of informatization development to scientific ＆ technological progress. The results indicate that, informatization development has a positively impact on scientific ＆ technological progress , the impact also has regional difference, and the average impact has decreased in recent 5 years. Finally,This paper analyses the reasons for the formation of these status , and discusses the concrete path and measure by which informatization development can have a positively imnact on scientific＆ technological progress.
