Chicken coccidiosis is an important parasitic disease of chicken. For a long time drug control becomes the main means of against coccidiosis. But due to drug residue and drug resistance issues,making chicken coccidiosis immunology research attracts a wide spread attention. This paper describes the different developmental stages of research of E. tenella’s important protective antigen and aims to provide new ideas and references for the prevention and immunity of chicken coccidiosis.
