By applying China＇s nano technological patent data, this study analyses the development trend,organization distribution, regional distribution and the main technical field of nano technology in China. It has found that the university is the main body of nano technology innovation and the enterprise is weak in independent innovation.Nano technology of china focusing on basic research and the research on application for meeting the needs of human life is far from enough. Most of the patents are created by economically developed areas such as Beijing, Shanghai and Jiangsu.There are few nano patents in the undeveloped areas.
