针对大数据创新和相关产业发展的实际需要,运用扎根理论和内容分析法,以10家企业的公开招聘信息作为分析资料,研究大数据分析师的能力结构。研究发现,大数据分析师是由专业技能、管理技能、实践经验、基本素质、研究能力、终身学习能力和持续创新能力构成的能力金字塔,进而提出大数据分析师的复合培养模式,实现方式包括技术与管理复合、理论与实践复合、本科教育与研究生教育复合、大学与企业复合、教学与科研复合。
Based on the innovation of big data and needs of the development of corresponding industries, this paper studies the capability structure of the big data analysts with the public recruitment informa- tion of 10 enterprises and the methods of grounded analysis and content analysis. The findings reveal that the capabilities of big data analysts consist of professional skills, managerial skills, practical ex- periences, basic quality, R&D capability, life-long learning capability and continuous innovation capa- bility. According to the capability structure, the multiple cultivation patterns of big data analysts are put forward, and measures include the combination of technology and management, the combination of theory and practice, the connection of undergraduate and graduate education, the cooperation be- tween universities and enterprises, and the association of teaching and scientific research.
