高校本科毕业生作为国家宝贵的社会人力资源,其就业的顺利实现关系到民生稳定和社会发展。由于高校盲目扩招,毕业生大幅增加,导致其就业形势严峻,女性大学生则面对更大压力。我国制定了一系列举措推动男女平等,这其中不仅包括受教育机会均等,也包括就业平等。实现就业平等是社会公平正义的重要组成部分,也是社会总体效益提升的必要途径,因此研究高校本科毕业生就业性别差异导致的差别对待现象具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
College graduate is always a valuable human resources for society and country whose successful employment has close relationship with the stability of the people's livelihood and social development. However, due to unwise enrollment expansion, the number of graduates has been increasing considerably and consequently led to pressure of graduate employment,among which, the employment situation for female graduates is severer. China has formulated a series of measures to promote the equality between men and women, including equal access to education and equal opportunity to get employed. Equality of employment is an important part of social equity and justice and also a necessary way to improve the overall social benefits. Therefore, research on differential treatment caused by gender differences of college graduate has great significance theoretically and practically.
