为提高半闭环三轴机床加工精度,首先提出单伺服轴的螺距误差补偿方法;在建立半闭环三轴机床解耦轮廓系统模型基础上,研究了静态解耦轮廓控制器的设计,并在所提出的静态解耦轮廓控制系统上实现了螺距误差补偿。实验结果表明,算法有效地实现了轮廓的切线、法线和副法线方向的解耦跟踪控制。加入螺距补偿后,机床加工半球的最大圆度误差由55μm缩小到12μm。
To improve the machining accuracy of a semi--closed--loop three--axis CNC machine tool, the single servo axis pitch error compensation method was presented at first. I hen on the basis of constructing the semi--closed--loop three--axis machine tool decoupled contour system model, the static decoupled contour controller was studied, and the pitch error compensation method on the decoupled contour system was presented. Ex.periment shows that the arithmetic can fulfill the decoupled control in the contour tangent normal and bi--normal direction effectively. When the pitch error compensation method is applied on the proposed system, the max roundness error is reduced from 55μm to 12μm.
