分析了核心企业所在的供应链在产业转移环境下面临的问题,以人工成本、投资成本、库存成本、生产成本等为主要变量,研究了多供应商一单制造商一单分销商的3级供应链,构建了供应商一制造商单阶段VMI模式下以及供应商一制造商VMI、制造商一分销商VMI的2阶段VMI模式下的供应链重构模型,并分别与产业转移前的供应链利润模型作对比分析,得出单阶段VMI模式比2阶段VMI模式更能提高核心企业在供应链中的利润水平,并且两种模式下整条供应链的利润增幅相同。
This paper analyzes the problems the enterprise faces in the industrial transfer to propose the necessity of re- structuring supply chain, studies the three - echelon supply chain of multi - suppliers - single manufacturer - single re- tailer, and builds the supply chain restructuring model separately under the supplier - manufacturer single - echelon VMI mode and the integrated VMI mode of supplier - manufacturer - retailer. And then the paper makes contrastive analysis on the supply chain profit model before industrial transfer. A conclusion is reached that the single - echelon VMI is more likely to improve the profit of the core enterprise than the integrated VMI mode with the same profit increasing rate of the whole supply chain.
