英文摘要：
This paper describes the innovation management mode and its performance evaluation connotation of elderly service supply chain from the perspective of service supply chain. Through the construction of endowment service supply chain performance evaluation index system, the paper evaluates the performance of pension service supply chain by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, which is verified with the survey data of part of the endowment service pilot in Liwan District Guangzhou City, in order to provide an effective means for comprehensively controlling of all aspects of the pension industry in the performance and improving the level of nursing service quality.
