软件过程度量是软件过程管理的重要内容,也是进行软件过程控制和软件过程改进的基础。结合六西格玛DMAIC流程建立了软件过程度量模型,其中包括定义度量内容、采集度量数据、分析影响因素、改进影响因素、度量分析及决策。将软件度量过程与六西格玛改进相结合,充分利用六西格玛完善的体系结构和其改进方案流程,为软件流程改进提供更有效的解决方案。该度量模型不但为软件过程改进提供了具体的量化工具,而且为软件持续过程改进提供了理论支持。

英文摘要:

Software process measurement is an important part of software process management, as well as the basis of soft- ware process control and improvement. Based on the DMAIC flow of six sigma, the software process measurement model was established. The model includes five parts: defining measurement content, gathering measurement data, analyzing the influencing factors, improving the influencing factors, analyzing measurement, and making decision. The model combines the procedure of software process measurement with six sigma improvement and takes full advantage of the structure and improvement flow of six sigma to provide effective solution for the software flow improvement, which offers a series of practicable quantitative tools and theory to support the continuous software process improvement.
