为了满足环境温度测量的需求,设计了一种基于FPGA的高精度采集模块。首先,设计调理电路,确保采集模块的可靠性和准确性。其次,选用模拟开关方便通道采样自由切换;16位的模数转换器实现模拟量精确转化为数字量。同时,利用过采样的滑动平均滤波算法进一步提高了模块的测量精度。最后,利用FPGA对热电偶输出的电动势进行变换、采集、编码,并通过RS422接口将打包后的数据发送至计算机。经测试,热电偶的数据采样精度达到±0.5%。
In order to meet the requirement of environmental temperature measurement, a high-precision acquisition module was designed by FPGA.At first, the conditioning circuit reasonably was designed to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of ac- quisition module.Secondly, the analog switch was selected to sample channel's data conveniently; The 16 bit analog-to-digital converter can convert analog quantity into digital quantity accurately. At the same time, oversampling and moving" filtering algo- rithnas were adopted to improve the accuracy of acquisition further.Finally, the output of the electric potential of thermocouple was converted,collected and encoded by FPGA, and the data packaged was sent to the computer through the RS422 interface.After testing,the data acquisition accuracy of thermoeouple could reach ±0.5%.
