背散射噪声是制约陀螺精度的重要因素。针对由背向反射光引入的背散射噪声建立了数学模型,并进行了理论推导及仿真。利用光电探测器(PD)的带通性能设置合适的参数,将其主频率外的以背散射噪声为主的干扰噪声滤除掉。实验表明,设置合适的滤波参数使背散射噪声得到明显的抑制,最大可抑制10 d B左右的背散射噪声。
Backscattering noise is an important factor to restrict the accuracy of resonator fiber optic gyroscope.The mathematical model was established for back scattering noise introduced by the back reflected light,and the theoretical derivation and simulation were conducted.Setting the appropriate parameters of PD through its band-pass performance,the interfering noise which mainly produced by back scattering noise and outside of the main frequency was filtered.The experimental results show that the back scattering noise was obviously suppressed through setting the filter parameters appropriately,and the maximum back scattering noise around 10 d B was inhibited.
