串联应用的大功率晶闸管器件目前均采用并联阻容吸收回路作为串联均压保护措施,但在某些应用领域,阻容吸收回路存在不适用性。文中提出了一种晶闸管器件串联均压保护的新方法,在每个串联晶闸管器件两端并联设置具有良好非线性特性的金属氧化物限压器,来限制晶闸管开通、关断过冲电压。经过理论分析、仿真研究和试验验证,初步论证了该方法的可行性。
Series thyristor devices are currently adopting parallel RC protective measure, however, in some areas of application, RC snubber proposes a new voltage balancing method for thyristor devices in series, snubber circuits as a voltage balancing circuit exists inapplicability. This paper and metal oxide voltage limiter with good nonlinear characteristics is installed in parallel with each series thyristor devices to restrict the thyristor's turn-on and turn-off overshoot voltage. The feasibility of this method is demonstrated initially through theoretical analysis, simulation study and experimental validation.
