采用水热法,以TiCl4水溶液为原料,合成了纯金红石相TiO2纳米晶体。在溶液中同时添加FeCl3·6H2O条件下,合成了纯金红石相TiO2纳米纤维晶体,采用XRD、EDS和高分辨TEM等方法对合成产物进行表征。高分辨TEM测量表明,晶体[001]方向较为快速的生长,说明Fe^3+对晶体生长方向产生了诱导作用。
The pure rutile TiO2 nanocrystals were synthesized by hydrothermal method using TiCl4 solution as raw material. At the same time, the FeCl3.6H2O into the precursor solution, the pure rutile TiO2 nanofiber crystals were synthesized, The synthetic product was characterized by XRD, EDS and HRTEM. The HRTEM shows that the crystals are fast growed along [ 001 ] direction, which demonstrates that Fe^3+ is made a abduction effect on the crystal growth direction.
