Three de-NOx technologies such as SCR, SNCR and SNCR/SCR HIBIRD were introduced. A significant techno-economic method was utilized for the decision-making of power plants to invest in de-NOx equipment. Designed parameters for the three and their effects on the operation of existing equipment were taken into consideration; For economical analysis, the main way is to compare through calculating the annual fee, unit charge for de-NOx per ton, as well as the effect of charges for disposing pollutants and loan policy on de-NOx expense. The application of dynamic analysis model of economics in the economical evaluation of de-NOx equipment can surely provide important reference for the preliminary decision-making and feasibility study of power plants.
