以醋酸锌(Zn(Ac)2·2H2O)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法(Sol—Gel)制备出有机介质中分散稳定性较好的纳米级ZnO粉体,并研究了反应物浓度、溶剂用量、反应条件及改性剂用量对产物竹影响.使用原子力显微镜(AFM)对产物进行观测,发现所得ZnO粉体平均粒径为70nm和30nm左右,颗粒均匀.经分析,该ZnO粉体纯度达99%以上.
ZnO nanoparticles which could disperse steadily in organic medium were synthesized from Zn(Ac)2·2H2O by Sol-Gel method. The effects of reactant concentration, amount of solvent and modifier, reaction conditions on the final product-ZnO are also investigated. The ZnO nanoparticles with the average particle diameter of 70 nm or 30 nm are observed by using the Atomic Force Microscopy. The purity of ZnO nanoparticles reaches more than 99%.
