英文摘要：

Using the 1995 to 2011 years of time series data to study the influence of China＇s science technology and finance of high-tech industry. The results show that China＇s financial and technological of high-tech industry has some support role in promoting. Government science and tech- nology investment and financial institutions loan of science and technology of the high technology industry has a significant support role, but the capital market and R ＆ D personnel inputs does not play a significant role in promoting high technology industry. At the same time, the interna- tional financial crisis has caused a certain negative impact on China＇s high tech industry.
