针对不连沟煤矿特厚煤层综放开采巷道围岩受采动影响明显的技术难题,运用结构力学理论建立巷道覆岩层结构力学模型,分析巷道在采动影响下围岩的稳定性,得出了上覆岩体在破断后关键块体的下沉解析式。建立了受采动影响巷道三维数值模型,研究巷道围岩的位移变化及塑性区分布,得到了采动影响下巷道围岩的变形和破坏规律。现场实测表明:F6103工作面后方15-25m巷道受到第一次受到采动影响,开采扰动影响变形不大,对巷道围岩稳定性影响较小;F6104工作面后方12.5-30m巷道受到二次采动影响,巷道围岩矿压显现较为剧烈,变形量明显增大。
According to the technical problem of mining influence in extra thick coal seam during top coal caving in Buliangou Coal Mine, structural mechanics theory was used to build a mechanics model of the overburden strata structure and analyze the surrounding rock stability under mining influence. The post-breaking analytical formula was obtained for key block subsidence in overlying rock. A 3D numerical model was established to study the displacement and plastic zone distribution of surrounding rock, obtaining the deformation and failure law of surrounding rock under mining influence. Field measurements showed that, F6103 face rear 15 - 20m roadway was affected by the first mining, and the mining disturbance had little influence on the stability of surrounding rock; while F6104 face rear 12.5 - 30m roadway is affected by the second mining, the rock pressure of the surrounding rock was severe, and the deformation was obviously increased.
