针对小煤柱动压巷道围岩的力学环境和支护特点,在分析巷道上覆岩层结构和巷道围岩结构稳定性的基础上,建立沿空巷道围岩稳定性分析模型,通过相似试验、数值计算和工业性试验,研究了复杂条件下小煤柱动压巷道的围岩变形规律。结果表明,对小煤柱分阶段注浆加固,可增强煤柱的承载能力,从而达到减小巷道变形、增强巷道围岩稳定性的目的。工业性试验效果显著,巷道围岩变形得到明显控制。
According to characteristics of small pillar dynamic pressure roadway's mechanical environment and supporting,Similarity test model of along goaf roadway surrounding rock is established based on the analysis of strata structure above surrounding roadway and stability of roadway surrounding rock.By numerical simulation with UDEC software,it opens out the mechanical deformation of the small pillar dynamic pressure roadway under complex conditions.Results shows that grouting reinforcement to the small pillar by stages can enhance the carrying capacity of pillar and decreasing deformation of roadway,the stability of surrounding rock is also enhanced.Industrial tests show that roadway surrounding rock deformation decreased remarkably by using the reinforcement parameters of this paper.
