采用水热法合成纳米AgPb18SbTe20热电材料,研究反应温度和时间对其物相和形貌的影响.所得颗粒用X射线粉末衍射仪和扫描电镜进行表征,结果表明,水热法合成的纳米AgPb18SbTe20颗粒具有NaCl型结构,粒子直径为20~50nm,其反应温度越高,得到纯相AgPb18SbTe20所需时间越短,纳米粒子长得越大.采用水热法合成的AgPb18SbTe20热电材料具有纳米结构及不同形貌,对提高热电材料的热电优值系数有重要意义.
Nano-structural thermoelectric material AgPb18SbTe20 was synthesized by hydrothermal method for the first time. The effects of reaction temperature and time on the phase and morphology of the material were investigated. The resulting products were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. Results show that the nano-AgPb18 SbTe20 is of pure NaCl-type structure. The spherical-shaped particles are about 20 -50 nm in diameter. The holding time necessary for obtaining the single phase of the materail decreases and the nano-partiele size increases with the increase of reaction temperature. It is expected that the AgPb18 SbTe20 compounds with nanostrueture and various morphologies synthesized by the hydrothermal method will effectively improve the figure of merit ZT.
