目的：对比研究胸腔镜手术与传统开胸手术治疗纵隔肿瘤的临床效果。方法：选择2011年10月-2016年5月来本院治疗纵隔肿瘤的患者68例,按随机数字表法将其分成开胸组和胸腔镜组,每组各34例。开胸组采用传统开胸手术,胸腔镜组采用胸腔镜手术,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果：胸腔镜组的术中情况明显优于开胸组,术后第3天应激指标及并发症发生率明显低于开胸组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对纵隔肿瘤患者采用胸腔镜手术治疗,能有效减少术中出血量,提高术后恢复效果,降低不良反应率,改善患者生活质量,可推广应用。

英文摘要：

Objective： To compare and study the clinical effect of thoracic video-assisted thoracoscopic （ VATS ） surgery and conventional thoracotomy in the treatment of mediastinal tumors.Method： 68 patients with mediastinal tumors treated in our hospital from October 2011 to May 2016 were divided into the thoracotomy group and VATS group, 34 cases in each group.Thoracotomy group was given traditional thoracotomy, VATS group was assisted VATS surgery, the treatment effects of two groups were observed.Result： Intraoperative conditions of the VATS group was significantly better than the thoracotomy group, after the first 3 d stress index and complication rate in VATS group were significantly lower than the thoracotomy group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： The use of TAVS surgery in patients with mediastinal tumors can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, improve the postoperative recovery effect, reduce adverse reaction rate, and improve the quality of life of patients.It can be widely applied.
