通过溶胶凝胶法在空气氛围中550℃退火温度条件下制备了3.5mol%,4.5mol%,5.5mol%Co离子掺杂TiO_2纳米颗粒.XRD、TEM、VSM测试分别表明,随Co离子浓度的升高,样品晶面对应衍射角向高角度方向偏移,衍射峰增强,晶粒尺度增加.4.5mol%和5.5mol%Co离子掺杂对晶粒分散性有影响,晶粒易团簇.所制备的样品中3.5mol%掺杂的样品在室温下表现出铁磁性,在外加磁场为10000Oe时,样品的饱和磁化强度为0.001emu/g,而4.5mol%和5.5mol%掺杂样品在室温下表现为顺磁性.
TiO2 nanoparticles doped with different concentrations of Co ions were prepared by sol-gel method. The experimental results show that with the increase of Co concentration, the diffraction angle of the crystal plane is shifted to the high angle, the diffraction peak is enhanced and the grain size is increased. 4.5 mol% and 5.5 mol% Co ion doping have an effect on grain dispersibility, and the grains are easy to cluster. The 3.5 mol% of the sample in the prepared sample exhibited ferromagnetism at room temperature. The saturation magnetization of the sample was 0. 001 emu / g when the applied magnetic field was 10000 Oe, and 4. 5 mol% and 5.5 mol% of the doped sample were at room temperature showed paramagnetism.
