应用RAPD技术对鄱阳湖区5种不同体色黄鳝进行了遗传多样性研究,结果发现,该物种种群总基因多样性(Ht)为0.272 4,各群体内的基因多样性(Hs)为0.194 8,占总群体基因变异的71.51%,提示鄱阳湖黄鳝具有较高的遗传多样性,且遗传变异主要存在于群体内。结果还发现,5种不同体色黄鳝群体间的遗传距离在0.040 0~0.180 1之间,其中细花斑群体与黄黑斑群体之间的遗传距离最小,大花斑与隐花斑之间的遗传距离最大;群体间的遗传分化系数(Gst)为0.284 9,这表明,5种不同体色群体间存在明显的遗传分化。
RAPD method was applied to study the genetic diversity of five different brindled populations of M.albus in Poyang Lake.170 loci were detected with 13 primers,134 loci of which(78.82%) were polymorphic.The total genetic diversity(Ht) of M.albus was 0.272 4,indicating that this species has high level genetic diversity.The average genetic diversity within the population(Hs) was 0.194 8,accounting for 71.51% of the total genetic variation,which indicates that the genetic variation mainly within the population.The genetic distance between small-brinded and black-yellow brinded is the smallest(0.040 0),while that between big-brinded and hidden-brinded is the largest(0.180 1).The results show that the genetic diverse and the gene flows were existed in the M.albus population of Poyang Lake.
