与算法仿真评估不同的是,对实际目标跟踪系统评估需要解决航迹的目标源归属判断问题。提出一种适用于实际系统的性能评估方法。首先构造航迹与量测之间的统计距离,判断每一拍航迹的目标源归属,然后根据最大似然估计原则确定整条航迹的目标源归属。给出了航迹自动起始成功率、虚假航迹自动起始概率和目标失跟率等性能指标,并针对超视距雷达的"三低"特性,用IMMPDA算法进行验证。方法在低检测率和高杂波密度环境下评估的结果非常逼近真实结果,为系统设计和测试提供了一个有效的依据。
Different from simulation-based algorithm analysis, real system evaluation needs to determine the tracks' source derivations. A performance evaluation method for real target tracking systems was proposed. Firstly, the statistical distance between tracks and measurements was formulated and the source derivations of the tracks at each scan were further confirmed. Then, the source derivations of the tracks were determined based on maximum likelihood estimation principle. Besides, three indexes were proposed, including Track Initiation Probability, False Track Initiation Probability and Track Lost Probability, and their formulations were given respectively. In the simulation of Over-the Horizon Radar target tracking, IMMPDA algorithm was considered. The result of method gets in low target probability and high false alarm environment is consistent with that of simulation-based algorithm analysis.
