＇CAF7＇ is a new cultivar of Cajanus cajan,bred from endemic pigeonpea cultivars of Jingdong,Yunnan Province.Single plant selection and group selection were applied into the breeding course.Its growth period ranges 181-190 days and average number of pod per plant is（863.9 ± 354.5）;Each pod contains（4.7 ± 0.4）beans;100-seed weight is（7.74 ± 0.42）g;Total seed weight per plant is up to（83.20 ± 63.40）g.
