Jian-Hua Luo was born in Shandong Province, China, in 1980. She received the Ph.D. degree in optics from the Institute of Modem Optics, Nankai University, Tianjin, in 2008. She is currently doing her postdoctoral research with the College of Information Technical Science, Nankai University. Her research interests include fiber lasers, fiber Bragg grating sensors and interrogation system. Bo Liu was born in Qingdao, Shandong Province, China, in 1975. Now he is an associate professor with the Institute of Modern Optics, Nankai University. His research interests include fiber sensors, fiber Bragg grating sensors, and interrogation system. Hai-Bin Zhou was born in Hebei Province, China, in 1981. He received the B.S. degree in Hebei University. He is currently working towards the M.S. degree with the Institute of Modem Optics, Nankai University, Tianjin. His research interests include optic-fiber sensing technology, fiber Bragg grating sensors, and sensing system. Hao Zhang was bom in February, in Tianjin, China, in 1978. He received his Ph.D. degree in optics from Nankai University in 2005. Currently, he is a lecturer with the Institute of Modem Optics, Nankai University. His research interests focus on fiber laser technology and its sensing applications. Shao-Lin Yah graduated from the Physics Department of Nankai University, in 1970. Now he is a professor with the College of Information Technical Science, Nankai University. His research interests include superconducting films and devices, superconductivity in communication and electronic information technology.
