为了研究煤矿采空区漏风规律,设计了一种三维采空区漏风模拟相似材料模型系统。采用岩土相似材料建立了三维地层模型,在模型内运用独特的开采系统制作形成了自然垮落的三维采空区模型,并采用声发射和精密气体监测系统对模型的形成和通风过程进行监测,讨论了各系统的特点、实验方法及实际应用情况。应用表明,该模型能真实地模拟出采空区内矿压和孔隙率的分布,实验过程与实际开采环境相似,所得数据可用于探索采空区漏风规律。
This paper gave a description of the design and development process of a 3D similar simulation model system formine gob air leakage in order to study the air leakage law in the gob. A 3 D strata model was built up by using the similar strataand in this strata model, a 3D gob model by natural caving was formed by adopting a unique mining system. Acoustic emissiontechnology and precision gas detection system were used to monitor the process of the model formation and ventilation. Thecharacteristics, experiment method and actual application of each system were discussed. The application showed that this modelcould really reproduce the rock pressure and porosity distribution in the mine gob, the experiment process was similar to the actualmining environment, and the obtained data can be used for studying the air leakage law in the gob.
