在风险因素的作用下，集群的演进呈现出一个从萌芽期到衰退期的生命周期过程。衰退集群对区域经济产生的负面影响，使得对集群衰退风险的研究逐渐引起重视。为此，主要从“结构性风险”、“周期性风险”、“技术性风险”和“网络性风险”等几个方面梳理了国内外学者对集群衰退风险成因的研究内容，认为相关理论研究仍处于起步阶段，并提出深化集群衰退风险研究的进一步思考。
英文摘要：
Owing to the risk factors, clusters develop from the formative phase to the petrify phase. More and more attention is paid to the research on the cluster declining risks due to the adverse effects of the declining cluster. By reviewing the earlier researches on structural risk, cyclical risk, technological risk and network risk, the paper raises some suggestions for the further study in this area.
