The primary goal of this research is of the Delay Effect of technology spread and application. The approach of research is technology transaction and the game between the patent holder and purchaser.Results from a model of incomplete information, considering the timing of bargainor vs. the purchasing intention of purchaser, show that the patentee tends to put off the business by right of monopolization and that his behaviour will be influenced by objective conditions such as the market demand and the menace of substitution.
