采用PCR-RFLPs方法对杜洛克、长白、大约克3个品种共569头种猪的胆囊收缩素受体(cholecystokinin A type receptor,CCKAR)基因5'非翻译区+179A/G位点多态性进行了检测,并分析了不同基因型对10个生长性状的影响.结果表明,3个品种猪均以GG基因型和G等位基因的频率最高,以AA基因型和A等位基因的频率最低.在杜洛克猪中,GG基因型个体达100 kg体重日龄最短(P<0.05);在大约克猪中,GG基因型的21日龄体重、70日龄体重、21日龄前日增重、> 30 ~ 100 kg日增重最大(P<0.05或P<0.01),达100kg体重日龄最短(P<0.05);长白猪不同基因型的生长性状则未呈现显著差异(P>0.05).结合前人的研究结果,可以推断CCKAR基因+179A/G位点多态性与猪生长性状存在显著关联,且GG基因型具有显著的增效效应,但在不同品种(群体)中,该位点影响的具体性状和效应可能有所不同.
Polymorphisms of the mutation site + 179A/G within the 5'-untranslated region of the porcine eholeeystokinin A type receptor (CCKAR) gene were detected in 569 breeding pigs, which sampled from 3 breeds, Duroc, Landrace and Large Yorkshire pigs, and the effects of different genotypes on 10 growth traits were analyzed. The results showed that the frequencies of genotype GG and allele G were the highest and those of genotype AA and allele A were the lowest in the 3 breeds. In Duroc pigs days to 100 kg body weight of GG genotype was the shortest in 3 genotypes (P 〈 0.05 ). In Large Yorkshire pigs, body weight at 21 d and 70 d, average daily gain (ADG) before 21 d and ADG of 〉 30 - 100 kg of genotype GG were significantly higher than the other 2 genotypes ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). And days to 100 kg body weight of GG genotype were the shortest (P 〈0. 05). However, nonsignificantly differences were found among 3 genotypes in Landrace pigs. Combined the previous with present results, it could be concluded that the polymorphism of the site + 179A/G of CCKAR gene was significantly associated with porcine growth traits, and GG was the favorable genotype for growth traits; but its affected specific traits and effects would be variety in different breeds or populations.
