笔者应用数据包络分析(DEA)和随机前沿分析(SFA)两种方法对2002年~2011年中国31个省份的健康面板数据进行对比研究,实证测评了包含教育与健康人力资本的省域全要素生产率,并进一步分析了教育和健康人力资本对经济增长的贡献状况。结果发现,两种方法都反映出我国省域全要素生产率大多处于持续增长过程中,但省域之间差异较大;健康人力资本对于区域经济的贡献最大,教育人力资本的作用没有得到充分发挥。
With the Stochastic Frontier Analysis( SFA) and Data Envelopment Analysis( DEA) approach,a comparative study is conducted on health panel data during 2002 and 2011 which from 31 provinces of China,and empirically evaluated the provincial Total Factor Productivity( TFP) of education and health human capital to economic growth,and analyzed the contribution of education and health human capital to economic growth. The results shows that the two methods both reflect that the provincial TFP of China is mostly in a constant growth process,but there are great differences between provinces. Health human capital gives the largest contribution to the regional economy while education human capital has not been fully exploited.
