本文建立了存在热漏的换热过程模型,应用最优控制理论导出了过程熵产生最小时热、冷流体温度间最优关系。结果表明,热漏对换热过程熵产生最小时热、冷流体温度有较大影响,热流率一定的传热策略要优于热流体温度一定的传热策略,本文的研究对于换热过程的最优设计与运行有一定的理论指导意义。
Model of a heat transfer process with heat leakage is established in this paper,and the optimal temperature relationship between hot- and cold-fluids for the minimum entropy generation is derived by applying optimal control theory.The results show that the heat leakage has significant effect on the optimal hot- and cold-fluid temperature configurations,and the strategy of constant heat flux rate operation is superior to that of constant hot fluid temperature operation and rather close to the optimal strategy.The results obtained in this paper could provide some theoretical guidelines for the optimal design and operation of real heat exchangers.
